Register your product

Visit www.IsabellaHenderson.shop to register your product and receive an additional 1 year of product warranty and stay informed of important product information, such as product updates, limited warranty, usage and maintenance recommendations, and notifications about safety warnings or product recalls. Registration is not required to claim the Limited Warranty.

One-Year Limited Consumer Warranty

Isabella Henderson warrants that the product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase through Amazon, the Isabella Henderson store, or www.IsabellaHenderson.shop (the "Limited Warranty Period"), provided the product is used in accordance with its use and care instructions (e.g., in the intended environment and under normal conditions).

Your Limited Warranty Benefits

During the Limited Warranty Period and subject to this Limited Warranty Policy, Isabella Henderson will, at its sole discretion, (i) refund; (ii) repair any defects in materials or workmanship; or (iii) replace the product with another product of equal or greater value.

Who is covered by the warranty?

This Limited Warranty applies only to the original consumer purchaser of the product and is not transferable to any subsequent owner of the product, regardless of whether ownership of the product transfers during the period specified in the Limited Warranty. The original consumer purchaser must provide proof of the defect or failure and proof of purchase date to benefit from the Limited Warranty.

Note: Isabella Henderson Support currently only handles online after-sales issues for orders sold through Amazon, Isabella Henderson stores and www.IsabellaHenderson.shop. If you purchased your product from an offline dealer or other channel, please visit the appropriate merchant with your proof of purchase to handle after-sales issues.

Be wary of unauthorized dealers or sellers.

This Limited Warranty does not apply to products purchased from unauthorized dealers or sellers. Isabella Henderson's Limited Warranty applies only to products purchased from authorized dealers or sellers who must accept Isabella Henderson's quality control and agree to abide by its quality control measures. Please note that products purchased from unauthorized websites or dealers may be counterfeit, second-hand, defective, or may not be designed for your country. You can protect yourself and your product by making sure you only buy from Isabella Henderson or its authorized dealers.

What is not covered by the warranty?

Normal wear and tear, including parts that may wear out over time (e.g. batteries, filters, cleaning brushes, essential oil pads, etc.);

If the proof of purchase has been altered or made illegible in any way.

If the model, serial number or production date code on the product has been altered, removed or made illegible.

If the product has been altered from its original condition;

If the product is not used in accordance with the instructions and directions in the user manual;

Damage caused by connecting peripherals, additional devices or accessories not recommended in the user manual.

Damage or defect caused by accident, abuse, misuse or improper or inadequate maintenance;

Damage or defect caused by repair or maintenance performed on the product by an unauthorized service provider or anyone other than Isabella Henderson;

Damage or defect caused by commercial use, rental use or any use not intended;

If the product has been damaged, including but not limited to damage caused by animals, lightning, abnormal voltage, fire, natural disasters, transportation or water.

Incidental and consequential damages.

Damage caused by damage or defect exceeding the cost of the product.

Request limited warranty service in 5 easy steps:

Make sure your product is within the specified limited warranty period.

Make sure you have a copy of your invoice and order ID or proof of purchase.

Make sure you have received the product. Do not discard your product before contacting us.

Once our customer support team approves your request, please return the product along with a copy of your invoice and order ID.

Limitation of Liability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will Isabella Henderson, its affiliates or its licensors, service providers, employees, agents, officers or directors be liable for:

(a) any damages arising out of or related to products purchased from Isabella Henderson in an amount that exceeds the purchase price paid by the purchaser for such products; or

(b) indirect, special, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, even if Isabella Henderson or its suppliers have been advised of the possibility or likelihood of such damages.SUCH DAMAGES.

WHETHER SUCH DAMAGES ARE CAUSED BY TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), BREACH OF CONTRACT OR OTHERWISE. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR LIABILITY EXCEED THE ACTUAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE DEFECTIVE PRODUCT, AND IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT OR INCIDENTAL CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OR LOSSES.

EXCEPT AS COVERED IN THIS LIMITED PRODUCT WARRANTY STATEMENT, IMOUM IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR COSTS INCURRED TO REPLACE OR REPAIR PRODUCTS PURCHASED FROM IMOUM, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LABOR, INSTALLATION OR OTHER COSTS INCURRED BY USER, AND SPECIFICALLY ANY COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH THE REMOVAL OR REPLACEMENT OF ANY PRODUCT.

OTHER RIGHTS YOU MAY HAVE

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW: (1) THE EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES; (2) LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS; AND/OR (3) THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES; SO THE DISCLAIMERS IN THIS POLICY MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. IN SUCH JURISDICTIONS, YOU ARE ONLY THOSE IMPLIED WARRANTIES EXPRESSLY REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW. LIMITATIONS ON WARRANTIES, LIABILITIES AND REMEDIES APPLY TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. This Limited Warranty Statement is subject to applicable laws that apply to you and the Products. Please check the laws of your jurisdiction to fully understand your rights.

Changes to this Policy

We may change the terms and applicability of this Limited Warranty at our sole discretion, but any changes will not be retroactive.
